All orders have a 30 Day full refund from the invoice date.
Return Authorization is a requirement. We can email you the Prepaid Labels to attach to the returned goods.
The purchased item should be returned in its original condition and secure packaging. If Carefully opened, the original packaging can be used again. Making sure that it's safe with the return label displayed.
On Receiving the goods, a full refund, less the subsidised delivery cost, will be refunded to your account. The refund will take a few days to appear in your account.
NOTE! Australian Opal Supplier will not be responsible for any returns lost in transit. We highly recommend that you insure the goods.
