Refund policy

Australian Opal Supplier (AOS) has a 30-day refund policy from the delivery date with a refund on the full price of the goods (postage & Insurance not included) if you are not satisfied with your item.  Follow the following steps for a fast easy return.

Step 1: Contact AOS at sales@australianopalsupplier.com.au and request a return authorization. 

Step 2: AOS will email you a prepaid postal label to be placed securely on the return package. Making sure that it is secured along with all documentation enclosed. 

Step 3: Just take it to your nearest P.O. and give it to the customer service people. (No payment is required).

Step 4: Once the goods are received in their original condition, your refund will be made via your initial fund provider.
